Job summary

Banner Health in Wheatland, Wyoming is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit on the night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am), 36 hours per week. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is desirable.
• Driver's license and auto insurance may be required for Home Health settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Document care, monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide education and discharge planning to patients and families.
