Jersey City Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Medical-Surgical Unit-II in Jersey City, NJ. The role is hourly, night shift (7:00pm–7:00am), part-time with every other weekend requirements and varied weekday needs.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical team, adhering to NJ Nurse Practice Act, and contributing to patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with policies and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Graduate from an accredited NLN School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the NJ State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement hospital policies and performance improvement activities.
• Deliver age-specific nursing care and assess patient needs within a Medical-Surgical unit.

Ausbildung
