Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Kansas or compact license.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification required.
• ADN-to-BSN agreement at hire; BSN completed by fifth anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to medication safety policies, prepare and administer medications.
• Triage patient needs and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct nursing care for oncology-related patients as prescribed.
• Lead and mentor team members; participate in rounds and care planning.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment and continuously improve practice.
