Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at St James Hospital in Butte, Montana. The medical floor supports adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, with observation patients handled as needed.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates hold a BSN within four years (or 15 years of acute care) and current Montana RN license with BLS; national certification

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care.
• Current Montana RN license.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
