Job summary

Intermountain Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at St James Hospital in Butte, Montana. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while coordinating with the health team and adhering to strict guidelines.

A BSN degree is required within 4 years unless exempt by prior acute care experience. Montana RN license and BLS are mandatory.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State Montana Licensed RN.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
