Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med Surg Tele team at Winter Haven Hospital. The RN provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, follows nursing process and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement plans of care.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, and 6 months acute care experience; an Associate Degree in Nursing is preferred. Shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, full-time, with equal opportunity employer statement.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.

• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary care providers to develop and assist in plan of care.
• Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others.
