Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Cardiac team at Winter Haven Hospital. The RN provides patient-centered care, uses nursing process and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team.

Shift: 6:45AM - 7:15PM, Part Time. Requires RN license, BLS, and 6 months acute care experience. Facility: Med Surg Cardiac Unit I-WHH, Winter Haven.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 6 months RN acute care experience required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care.
• Organizes and updates the plan of care with patient, family and team in a medical/surgical unit.
• Identifies patients at risk and prepares the room environment to ensure safety.
