Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Oklahoma RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS training required during orientation.
• New grads must complete Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Assess/reassess patient health needs.
• Develop nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Provide nursing care and coordinate with the care team.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and discharge needs.
• Maintain professional practice and evidence-based care.
• Communicate with patients and families.
