Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care team. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule (7p-7a) and competitive hourly pay ranging from $27.84 to $45.46 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have an ADN, BSN or MSN preferred, and must hold a current Oklahoma RN license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, BSN or MSN preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare field preferred.
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Systematically assesses healthcare needs of patients.
• Analyzes assessments to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Provides nursing care through evidence-based interventions.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and recognizes problems.
• Evaluates discharge needs related to plan of care.
