Job summary

The role focuses on assessment, care coordination, evidence-based practice, and discharge planning under supervision of ED physicians and nurses. Evening, night, and weekend shifts with regular full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN licensed in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• New grads must complete Nurse Residency Program.
• Experience in healthcare field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessment of patient health needs.
• Develop nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Provide care with evidence-based practice and professional judgement.
