Job summary

Wellstar Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shift at Columbia County Medical Center. The role entails 36 hours per week across 3/12 shifts, with full-time benefits and a sign-on bonus.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or nursing diploma (BSN preferred), are licensed as an RN, and possess and maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ADN or Diploma in Nursing required or BSN preferred.
• RN license and active licensure.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and contribute to the care plan.
• Coordinate care with the patient care team and family.
• Deliver and document care per hospital policies and procedures.
• Support performance improvement and professional development.
• Mentor and precept junior staff and participate in governance.
