Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse at Columbia County Medical Center for night shift. This full-time role (36 hours per week, 3/12s) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team, and serving as a liaison between patients, families, and providers.

You will participate in care planning, support performance improvement, maintain licensure and certifications, and contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient patient environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and other staff.
