Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Columbia County Medical Center on the night shift. This role works with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• BLS certification required (Instructor or Basic Life Support; ARC-BLS)
• RN license required: RN (single state) or RN-COMPACT

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate patient care plans with the care team.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and document changes per policy.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Support performance improvement and professional development within the unit.
