Job summary

Wellstar Health System at Columbia County Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (3/12s), 36 hours per week, on-site at the Columbia County Medical Center campus. You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

This role requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and BLS certification with RN licensure (compact or single state).

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• BLS certification required on hire; RN licensure required (compact or single state).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessments and care delivered.
• Support professional growth and participate in governance initiatives.
