You will document, educate, and participate in ongoing quality initiatives. A 1-year RN background and BLS/ACLS/NIH Stroke certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
• RN license with BLS certification; ACLS and NIH Stroke Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care on the med/surg observation unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families; participate in safety and quality initiatives.
