ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Defiance Regional Hospital's Med Surg Unit. This part-time night shift (24 hours weekly) focuses on patient-centered care and collaborative care planning to improve outcomes.

You will assess needs, coordinate plans, and support families while maintaining professional standards. The role emphasizes infection control, critical thinking, and timely response to emergencies, with ongoing education and certification requirements to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR/BCLS training (BCLS).
• Ohio RN must complete 24 hours of continuing education during licensure period, with at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient plans of care through effective shift-to-shift communication.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to meet patient care goals.
