Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education annually; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care and interact with patient, families, and health care team through open communication and shared decision-making.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals; improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
