Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This .6 FTE night shift position features 12‑hour rotations and weekends, offering a chance to deliver skilled nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment and participate in a growing program that values nurse ownership in clinical decisions.

Qualified candidates will hold a current WA RN license (MLS acceptable) with BLS; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by the unit; BSN

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• You will utilize the nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patients
