Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality, patient experience and cost.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
