Job summary

Join MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA as a staff RN on nights. The role includes two 12‑hour shifts and two 8‑hour shifts, with alternating weekends, for a full-time (FTE 1.0) schedule.

Grow professionally in a multidisciplinary hospital team that values clinician ownership and collaboration. Required WA RN license (MLS ok), BLS; BSN preferred; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as needed; 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington state or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP certifications as required by the facility.
• Certification in a specialty area is preferred.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
