We are seeking a Staff RN to join MultiCare’s hospital-based team in Puyallup, WA. This role features 0.6 FTE with 12-hour night shifts (1900–0730) at Good Samaritan Hospital, delivering specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment.

The ideal candidate holds a WA RN license (MLS endorsed), a BSN (preferred), and current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC as required by the department; about one year of acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsed.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC or TNCC certification as required by department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
