Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative team. You will advocate for patients and families, follow established nursing models, and participate in an Enhanced Surgical Recovery program.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, TX or compact RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Associates Degree acceptable; BSN required within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response.
• Document care accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up steps.
