Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license required; BLS certification (state required).
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.

• Performs nursing process with evidence-based practice to deliver individualized patient care.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Supports performance improvement and participates in shared governance to promote outcomes.
