Qualifications

• All certifications required upon hire (BLS, PALS, RN).

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and family involvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and lead bedside rounds.
• Monitor vitals, manage IVs/meds, and support emergent situations.
