Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Woodward, OK is seeking a licensed practical nurse for night shift to join our care team. This full-time position focuses on high-quality patient assessment, care planning, and intervention execution in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires current OK LPN licensure or an eNLC multistate license, BLS certification, and strong English communication. A valid Oklahoma driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.

Qualifications

• LPN license current in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license (eNLC member state).
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• Must communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Must have Oklahoma state driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurer.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients.
• Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Monitors signs and systems related to abnormal lab values and deviations from baseline.

The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients

• Monitors for signs and systems related to abnormal lab values, and deviation from baseline assessments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
  LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). INTEGRIS Mental Health: This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
