Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All licenses are required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with direct patient care.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care adaptable to diverse populations.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and ensures timely documentation.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in performance improvement activities.
