Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Georgia. You will provide high-quality, safe patient care in a night shift setting, guided by evidenced-based practice and Wellstar practices.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians and care teams to deliver compassionate care, document thoroughly, and support governance and performance improvement initiatives within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (RN) or BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state) or compact license.
• BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Engage in documentation, governance, and performance improvement.
• Support care planning and education for patients and families.
