Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document clinical status using nursing process.
• Plan and coordinate individualized care plans with input from patient and family.
• Implement and supervise care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans as needed.
• Maintain professional standards, ethics, and timely documentation.
