Job summary

Intermountain Health in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night-focused position in Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby, and NICU units. The role requires BSN within 4 years and involves coordinating care with the health team.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, participate in clinical conferences and ensure compliance with guidelines. Ongoing on-site duties and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program is required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• BLS Certification required at hire; PALS and NRP within specified timelines.
• AHWONN fetal monitoring certification within 12 months; national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' physical and psychological needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and coordinate with the health team.
