Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System in Greensboro, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MedSurg Department on a 12-hour night shift (7p-7a). This full-time role offers Day One benefits and an opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on evidenced-based patient care.

The RN will assess patients, develop and modify care plans, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality, holistic care.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing.
• Refresher course completed within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
• Prior experience in preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan.
• Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures within nursing scope of practice.
• Collaborate with Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care using nursing process, environment/technology, and team members.
