Job summary

St Mary's Health Care System, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse on the 5th Floor Med/Surg Unit. The RN will work in a collaborative interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a Not-for-Profit Catholic teaching system.

This full-time, 12-hour night shift position requires a current Georgia RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. The unit cares for postoperative and medical-surgical patients, with a TogetherTeam approach and

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program approved by the Board.
Refresher course completed within the past 6 months if not practicing in 5 years.
Prior experience in the preferred unit is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan under supervision.
Interpret and perform complex nursing procedures within scope of practice.
Collaborate with Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
Provide care using nursing processes, environment, and team collaboration.
Deliver patient-centered care aligned with established standards.
