Job summary

HonorHealth's Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (3x12) to provide skilled nursing care in the Medical/Surgical Unit-2N/2S. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and develop care plans aligned with ANA standards and ethical practice.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available and care for patients and families is delivered with compassion.

Responsibilities

• The RN records patients' medical history and symptoms, helps perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Administers treatments and medications, starts, maintains, and discontinues IV lines as needed.
• Develops and contributes to patient care plans, ensuring they are family-centered and evidence-based.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Provides patient and family education on managing illnesses and post-treatment care.
• Precepts new staff and students, supporting ongoing clinical knowledge and skill development.
