Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift (10:00pm–6:30am) at 24 hours per week. The role involves providing individualized nursing care, coordinating resident care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered Minnesota RN license or multistate license if in a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and support with licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
