RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shifts in the Float Maternal Child unit, supporting L&D, Mother Baby, NICU, and Pediatrics. Pay range is $48.29–$67.04 per hour, with 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts and hourly status in Long Branch, NJ.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, safe medication administration, EMR documentation in EPIC, and collaboration with physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

The Maternal Child Float RN works on all MCH Units including L&D, Mother Baby, NICU and Pediatrics.

• Providing safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands on care grounded in strong clinical judgment

• Providing clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certification. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred. At least one year experience in L&D, MB, NICU or Pediatrics and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers full time 7p-7:30a shifts, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
