Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications.

• Minimum 1 year experience in L&D, MB, NICU or Pediatrics.
• Comfort with EPIC EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, respond to changes, and advocate for care.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to prepare for next care steps.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure safety and continuity.
