Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. This role reports to the DON/ADON and involves clinical leadership, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires an active NJ RN or LPN license and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with preference for rehabilitative nursing experience. Benefits and a competitive pay rate apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in NJ.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift.
• Support DON/ADON in maintaining high resident care standards.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; mentor staff.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and staff performance.
• Ensure staffing coverage and timely clinical interventions.
• Document accurately and maintain charting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality initiatives.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly.
