Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time, night-shift nurse for our Malvern Treatment Center facility. The role includes initial patient assessments, documenting medical and psychosocial histories, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate will have a 7pm–7:30am schedule on three set nights per week with every-other-weekend commitment, plus a benefits package. PA-licensed RNs/LPNs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
• Current LPN/RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Clinical experience in addiction treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess patients on admission and throughout treatment.
• Document patient history and clinical needs in the chart.
• Develop and follow a written nursing care plan.
• Administer medications and monitor withdrawal management as ordered.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
