Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program (PA).
• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Program and CARF standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document patients on admission and during treatment.
• Maintain patient safety and implement care plans per multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and manage stock per physician orders.
• Educate patients and coordinate discharge planning.
• Respond to emergencies and implement infection control measures.
• Assist with crisis intervention and collaboration within the care team.
