Job summary

Malvern Treatment Center in Malvern, PA is seeking an experienced nurse for day shift per diem (7:00 am–7:30 pm). You will provide individualized care under the direction of the DON and medical staff, contributing to the multidisciplinary treatment plan.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation in EMR, medication administration, patient safety, and collaboration with the care team. Requires PA nursing license, CPR, and detox experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered PA nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and administers individualized patient care per treatment plan.
• Documents assessments, history, and evolving patient needs in EMR.
• Administers medications and controls as directed and ordered.
• Ensures patient safety and follows infection control procedures.
• Collaborates with DON and medical staff to implement care plans.
