Malvern Treatment Centers in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Malvern Treatment Center facility. The role involves delivering individualized nursing care under supervision, following the treatment plan and Nurse Practice Act.

Ideal candidates hold PA LPN licensure, have CPR certification, and prefer experience in addiction treatment. Schedule is 7:00am–7:30pm three days a week with every other weekend; benefits eligible, shift differentials starting at 3pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients on admission and during treatment.
• Follow written nursing care plan and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Provide patient teaching and safety measures.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain infection control.
