Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is seeking LPNs for Per Diem and Part-Time roles. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising care staff, and updating care plans while delivering resident-centered care within our onsite medical center and assisted living communities. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for CEU support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, placing the resident first.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify the provider when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needs change.
