Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care is offering a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position on the 11 PM–7 AM shift in New Jersey. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• LPN license in New Jersey (active, unencumbered).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per accepted nursing standards and POC.
• Follow individualized care plans developed with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per policy and plan.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
