Job summary

Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the night shift to provide high-quality resident care. The role requires active Illinois RN/LPN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program. A current CPR/BLS certification is required by policy.

Wages range from $35.00–$37.00 for RNs and $31.00–$33.00 for LPNs, plus a $2.00 weekend shift differential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid out over a year.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by facility policy.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, infection control, and resident safety.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to document resident care accurately and maintain confidential records.
