The position offers competitive hourly wages ($35.00-$37.00) with a $2.00 weekend shift differential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over a year.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to follow physician orders and nursing plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents' conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
• Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise CNAs and support daily living activities while promoting dignity.
