Job summary
Three Springs Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Chester, IL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time night shift nursing team. Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
- Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
