Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts in Fairfield, IL. Full-time positions with hourly wages and a sign-on bonus are available.

Expect to provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhere to care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote safety, dignity, and well-being in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must maintain CPR/BLS certification as required by facility policy.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, infection control, and resident safety.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Ability to document resident care and maintain confidential medical records.
