Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization delivering housing and services to seniors with Christian values. The ND Larimore Center seeks an RN for full-time night shifts (12 hours). A $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a full-time RN position at our long-term care facility.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team. Licensure in the state and a current nursing education background are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and educate residents and families.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Provide nursing interventions across preventative care and health maintenance.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
