Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of serving seniors in Minnesota. We are hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse for Long Term Care on night shift, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will perform the nursing process, collaborate with residents, families and the care team, and potentially serve as charge nurse. Licensure in the state and active practice are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Provide individualized nursing care and coordinate care with residents and families and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, quality nursing practice per Nurse Practice Act and state rules.
