Job summary

The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking Licensed Nurses for night shift to oversee nursing staff and ensure total resident care on the unit. Applicants must be licensed in Indiana and have prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Indiana nursing license.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in Long Term Care.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Maintain professional attitude including confidentiality and respectful interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage personnel on the unit.
• Provide total care for all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff.
• Review daily nursing assignments to ensure alignment with ability and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.
