Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the night shift on the assigned unit.
• Administer medications and treatments, including full med cart responsibilities.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the team.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
